Team members have to know, understand and share company’s vision
(question 1). This will help the
organisation run smoothly. This does not mean that a leader will choose the
members if they agree with the company’s vision statement but those who
understand and align it with company’s culture and also they have abilities to
accomplish it (YEC, 2012).
Moreover, it is very important for the company’s innovation to give
their team members the opportunity to make decisions to solve problems, attempt
new ways of doing things (question 2). When people felling free in decision
making they will be motivated to create or innovate things in the organisation
(Robert Half, 2017).
Furthermore, a team should be including people who are passionate with
their work. Each company want people who have abilities and they are expert at
their work. Also, if company hire people who love what they do and the assignments
match their abilities, they will be open to find methods to improve the
company. This will be very beneficial to the company’s future (YEC, 2012).
Most of the times, employees do what’s in their self-interest (question
5). Thus, the organisation has to help their employees align their own
self-interest with the organisational-interest. If this happen, employees will
improve their performance in higher level.
