4.       Try until you succeed

How many
times have you tried to do something but gave up? Well, Alia bhatt is the
inspiration you need to keep trying until you succeed. Few months back she
shared a video where she failed to do a handstand. But did she give up? No. She
kept trying and now look at her doing a complete handstand. Goals, right ?  

 

5.       Stay consistent

While most
of us complain about finding time from our 9-5 jobs to go to gym, Alia Bhatt
