and techniques and their obstacles

Build an efficient system which has ability to
recognising Egyptians license plate based on based on a K-nearest neighbor neural network (KNN).

The Rest of this
thesis is organized as follows:

Chapter 2 Introduces the LPR problems, its applications and
classification. Then it provides a review of the existing algorithms that have
been proposed for solving LPR problems.

Chapter 3 describes how the proposed system is developed and implements
related details which contain the system architecture and steps

 

·       
Chapter 4

Presents
all the results for all running experiments and conclusion of this work and
some points for the future work.
